No. SyncSeats lists your tickets for you; one SyncSeats account is all you need.

Does every marketplace cost the same?

Each marketplace carries its commission in the listing flow, and the SyncSeats fee is 5% of what remains. The pricing page calculates the payout for every marketplace.
