What is SyncSeats?
SyncSeats is the back office for ticket resellers. You keep one inventory, we publish it to the resale marketplaces, keep availability in sync when something sells, guide you through fulfilment and pay out your earnings, all from one dashboard.
What makes SyncSeats different?
Software with a team behind it. Besides publishing and syncing your listings, we match events on every marketplace, review every delivery before the sale completes and reconcile every payout. Fees are shown up front and locked at the moment of sale, trusted sellers are paid on delivery, and every fee comes with a VAT-compliant invoice. There is no monthly fee. We only earn when you sell.
Which marketplaces can I sell on?
Your listings reach buyers on 17 marketplaces, including StubHub, Viagogo, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick, Gametime and Hellotickets. You choose per listing where it goes.
What does it cost?
Nothing until you sell. There is no monthly or setup fee. When a ticket sells, the marketplace takes its commission and SyncSeats charges 5% of the remainder, plus VAT where applicable. Fees are locked the moment the sale happens.
How and when do I get paid?
Once the marketplace has settled a sale, it becomes eligible in your balance and you request a payout from €100. We pay out in EUR via SEPA, in USD and GBP to local accounts, or in USD via SWIFT. Sellers with a high trust score are paid on delivery instead of after the event.
How does fulfilment work?
Every sale lands in your fulfilment queue with its delivery method and deadline: PDF e-tickets, mobile QR codes or mobile transfer. You transfer the tickets and upload proof, and our fulfilment desk confirms delivery before the sale completes.
Can I upload my inventory in bulk?
Yes. Create listings one by one or import a CSV with up to 200 rows at a time. Every row is validated before it goes live.
How do you keep accounts safe?
Two-factor authentication is mandatory for every account, sellers verify their identity through Sumsub, and bank details and secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Invoices are VAT-compliant, including reverse charge for EU businesses.
Is there a partner program?
Yes, and every account is part of it. Your dashboard holds your own referral code, and you earn 10% of the SyncSeats fee on every sale made by the sellers who sign up with it, with payouts from €100.
