How the partner program works
1. Create your account
Your referral code is created the moment your registration is complete. There is nothing to apply for.
2. Share your code
With your community, your audience or the sellers you know. You find the code and your link in the partner area of the dashboard.
3. Sellers sign up
Everyone who registers with your code or link is assigned to you for good. The assignment never expires.
4. You earn with every sale
10% of the SyncSeats fee is credited once the marketplace has settled the sale. Request a payout from €100.

10% of the SyncSeats fee, excluding VAT, that we actually collect from completed sales of the sellers you referred; a different rate applies if your partner dashboard shows one
Commission is credited once the sale has been settled with the marketplace
Payouts on request from €100, settled by self-billed credit note that you agree to before your first payout
VAT on your commission follows your status: none for private persons, VAT on top for German businesses, reverse charge with an EU VAT ID
You can offer the sellers you refer 7 days without the service fee; those sales earn no commission
Self-referral, multiple accounts and misleading or unsolicited advertising are not allowed
If the program ever ends, it ends with 30 days’ notice, and every commission earned until then remains yours
Questions about the partner program
Do I have to sell tickets myself?
No. Every completed SyncSeats account receives a referral code, whether or not you list anything yourself.
How long is a seller assigned to me?
For good. A seller who registers with your code stays assigned to you, and you earn on every completed sale they make after their registration.
When and how do I get paid?
Your commission is credited when the marketplace has settled the sale. From €100 you request a payout in the dashboard; we pay by bank transfer and send a credit note for every payout.
What is a credit note, and why do I need to agree to it?
Instead of you writing us an invoice, we issue a self-billed credit note (Gutschrift) for every payout, with every detail the VAT rules require. You agree to this once, before your first payout, and can object to any single credit note within two weeks.
Do I have to pay tax on my commission?
It is income, so it can be taxable. How depends on where you live and whether you act privately or as a business. The credit note shows VAT correctly for your status; for income tax, ask your tax adviser.
Can I give my community a discount?
Yes. You can offer the sellers you bring in a welcome offer of 7 days without the SyncSeats fee. Sales in that period earn no commission, every sale after it does.
