The Lysted alternative for North America and Europe

Like Lysted, SyncSeats reaches the big North American marketplaces and takes a listing down everywhere when it sells. On top, it brings European marketplaces such as Ticombo, Fanatix, Fanpass, Gigsberg and Hellotickets, and it is run by a German company.

Five differences between SyncSeats and Lysted

  • North America and Europe, one inventory

StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick and Viagogo, and on top Ticombo, Fanatix, Fanpass, Gigsberg and Hellotickets, none of which is in Lysted’s fee table.

  • 5% instead of 8% as standard

SyncSeats takes 5% of what remains after the marketplace commission: 4.75% of the sale price when the marketplace takes 5%. Lysted’s standard rate is 8% of what the marketplace pays it, lower from $200,000 a year in sales. Lysted also evens out marketplace fees to 2% with its default markups; with SyncSeats, each marketplace’s own commission applies.

  • Paid on delivery from $7,500

SyncSeats unlocks payment on delivery from $7,500 in delivered sales, 3 scored deliveries and a Trust Score of 850. At Lysted it takes at least 6 payments totalling $50,000 within 12 months.

  • A German company

SyncSeats is a German UG: German law applies to your contract, and your data is stored in Germany and processed under the GDPR. Lysted’s terms are governed by California law.

  • Payouts and invoices for Europe

EUR by SEPA, GBP or USD to local accounts, an invoice for every fee (with the reverse charge note for EU businesses) and support in German and English.

From Lysted to SyncSeats in four steps

You can move one event at a time. Tickets you have not moved yet stay on Lysted until you take them down there.

  1. 1. Create your account

Free, with no monthly fee and no minimum term.

  2. 2. Take your tickets off Lysted

Lysted asks you not to list the same tickets elsewhere at the same time. It is also the surest way to avoid a double sale.

  3. 3. List them in SyncSeats

One by one, or up to 200 rows per event by CSV.

  4. 4. Pick your marketplaces

Any of the 17, the European ones included. A sale anywhere takes the listing down everywhere else.

Questions about switching from Lysted

Is SyncSeats cheaper than Lysted?

It depends on where your tickets sell. SyncSeats takes 5% of what remains after the marketplace commission, which is 4.75% of the sale price at a 5% commission. Lysted takes 8% of what the marketplace pays it, less from $200,000 a year, and by default raises list prices so that marketplace fees come to 2%. With SyncSeats, each marketplace’s own commission applies. So compare on your own sales.

Can I move my tickets from Lysted to SyncSeats?

Yes. Take them down at Lysted first, then list them in SyncSeats, one by one or by CSV with up to 200 rows per event.

Can I keep selling on other platforms?

Yes. Just make sure you never sell the same tickets twice: a sale takes the listing down on every marketplace in SyncSeats, but not on platforms outside it.

Does SyncSeats work for season ticket holders?

Yes. Every seller lists the same way, whether it is one pair of tickets or a whole inventory, and chooses per listing which marketplaces it goes to.
