A Trust Score built from your delivery record
The Trust Score turns your delivery record into one number between 0 and 1000. Deliver early and reliably, and you are paid on delivery instead of after the event.

What the score measures
Every completed delivery is rated in two ways, and the better of the two counts:
- How early you delivered: at least 48 hours before the sale’s deadline earns full marks.
- How fast you reacted: delivering within 6 hours of the sale also earns full marks.
That is why a ticket that sells the evening before the show never counts against you: there is no time to deliver early, but you can still deliver fast.
What lowers it, and what does not
Late deliveries count for less. A cancellation you are responsible for, or a chargeback, weighs twice as much as a delivery. Higher-value sales weigh a little more than small ones, within tight limits, so neither a run of tiny sales nor one large one decides your score.
A cancelled event, a refund the buyer asked for, or a cancellation we make without charging you a penalty never counts against you.
Recent deliveries count more
Older events fade: the weight of a delivery halves every 180 days. A bad week a year ago matters far less than how you deliver today.
New sellers start fair
A new account starts with the benefit of the doubt, at 750, and the score counts as provisional until three deliveries have been scored. From then on, your own record takes over: the more you deliver, the more it is yours.
The five tiers
| Tier | Score |
|---|---|
| Excellent | 900–1000 |
| Good | 800–899 |
| Fair | 650–799 |
| Poor | 500–649 |
| At risk | Below 500 |
Below 500, with enough history, our team takes a look at the account.
Payment on delivery
Reach a score of at least 850, solidly in the good tier, with at least 3 scored deliveries and $7,500 in delivered sales, and payment on delivery unlocks by itself. From then on, sales on marketplaces that pay on delivery become payable once the delivery is confirmed, without waiting for the event.
Your dashboard shows your score, what it is made of and how close you are to each requirement.
Questions about Trust Score
Where do I see my score?
On the Trust Score page of your dashboard, with the deliveries behind it and your progress towards payment on delivery.
Does a cancelled event hurt my score?
No. Cancellations that are not your fault, and refunds the buyer asked for, are left out.
Can I lose payment on delivery again?
Yes. It follows your score; if your record drops below the requirements, payouts go back to after the event until it recovers.
Can SyncSeats unlock payment on delivery by hand?
Yes, our team can unlock it for an account, for example for a broker with a proven record elsewhere.
