Your whole inventory from one CSV file

Bring a spreadsheet instead of typing every row. Import up to 200 ticket rows for an event from one CSV file; every row is checked before anything goes live.

How the import works

  • Choose the event in the listing flow and open the CSV import.
  • Download the template. It comes with example rows.
  • Fill it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and save it as CSV.
  • Upload the file. Every row is checked and shown in a preview, with its problem if it has one.
  • Fix what needs fixing, pick the marketplaces and publish. Each row becomes its own listing.

The columns

The quantity comes from the seats, so a row with seats 1-4 lists four tickets. Header names are matched loosely (“Price”, “price per ticket” or the German “Preis” all work), and comma- or semicolon-separated files are both read.

Checked before it goes live

Imported rows go through exactly the checks of a listing created by hand: section, row and seat formats, at most 50 seats per row, a valid price, delivery method and split rule. Mistakes show up in the preview, row by row, not as failed listings after you have published.

Tips for a clean import

  • One file per event: the import belongs to the event you chose in the listing flow.
  • Enter your cost per ticket. It stays private and turns your analytics into margins.
  • Use NoSingles when you never want one seat left over, and NoSplit when a group only sells as a whole.
  • Have more than 200 rows? Split them over several files.

Questions about CSV import

Can I import several events in one file?

No. An import belongs to the event you chose in the listing flow; use one file per event.

Does it work with Excel?

Yes. Fill in the template in Excel and save it as CSV; files separated by commas or semicolons are both read.

What happens to a row with an error?

It is marked in the preview with the reason, and nothing goes live until you have fixed or removed it.

Do buyers see my cost per ticket?

No. It is only used for your own margins in analytics.
