Our team checks every delivery before the sale completes

Every sale arrives in your fulfilment queue with its delivery method and deadline, whichever marketplace it came from. You send the tickets and upload the proof; a person on our fulfilment desk confirms it before the sale completes.

One queue for every marketplace

Every marketplace has its own rules for how and by when tickets reach the buyer. SyncSeats gathers every sale into one fulfilment queue, each with its delivery method, its deadline and, where the marketplace provides them, the buyer’s details for a transfer.

Three ways to deliver

MethodWhat it isHow it reaches the buyer
E-ticketA printable PDF ticket, one file per seatYou upload the PDF files
Mobile QRA QR code or screenshot, saved as a PDF or imageYou upload the QR codes
TransferTickets that live in an app such as Ticketmaster or AXSYou send them to the buyer’s email through that app and upload the confirmation

You set the method when you create the listing, so every marketplace shows buyers how the tickets will arrive.

Delivery methods explained in detail

Deadlines

Each sale shows its deadline in the dashboard: the in-hand date the marketplace holds for the order, or 72 hours before the event where the marketplace gives none, and never later than 24 hours before the event starts. After the deadline the marketplace may cancel the sale and charge a cancellation fee; fees and reductions for a late delivery are passed on.

Proof, and a person who checks it

After delivering, you upload the proof. Before the sale completes, someone on our fulfilment desk looks at it: the right event, the right seats, the right files, the right recipient. Problems are caught while there is still time to fix them, not when the buyer is standing at the gate.

If a delivery fails

If tickets are not delivered, or are delivered wrong or late through your fault, there is no service fee and nothing is paid out. You cover the costs the failure actually caused, above all equivalent replacement tickets for the buyer, even above the original price, and the marketplace’s penalties. Recalling or re-transferring tickets after delivery counts as a failed delivery.

If the sale is cancelled through no fault of yours, for example because the event is called off, nothing is charged at all.

Every delivery builds your Trust Score

Delivering at least 48 hours before the deadline earns full marks, and so does delivering within 6 hours of the sale, so last-minute sales never count against you. A strong record unlocks payouts on delivery.

Questions about Delivery

Which delivery method is mine?

Look at what you received: a PDF file is an e-ticket, a QR code in an email or app you can save as an image is mobile QR, and tickets that only live inside an app like Ticketmaster or AXS are a transfer.

What is the latest I can deliver?

The deadline shown with the sale in your dashboard: the marketplace’s in-hand date, or 72 hours before the event where the marketplace gives none.

Who checks my delivery?

A person on our fulfilment desk, before the sale completes.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

Then the sale is cancelled through no fault of yours: no service fee, no other costs, and no payout for that sale.
